Returns and Refunds Policy

We are committed to providing high purity research compounds with fast and reliable service.
Because of the sensitive nature of these products, all sales are final.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, Apex Pure Labs does not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be returned, recalled, or refunded.

This policy protects product integrity, prevents contamination, and ensures all research compounds remain uncompromised.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters processing or is picked up by the carrier, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

To request a cancellation before shipment:

Subject line: “Cancel Order Number ####”

Cancellations are not guaranteed if processing has already begun.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos of the packaging

  3. Photos of the product label and vial

  4. Description of the issue

Valid cases will be reviewed and replaced at our discretion.

Apex Pure Labs does not issue refunds for damaged items, only replacements for verified issues.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Apex Pure Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers should contact the carrier directly to resolve delivery disputes.

If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


Refused or Returned Shipments

Any shipment that is refused or returned to sender is not eligible for a refund.
Reshipment can be arranged by paying a new shipping fee.


Research Use Only

All products sold by Apex Pure Labs are intended strictly for:

  • laboratory research

  • in vitro testing

  • scientific development

Not for human or veterinary use.
Any misuse voids eligibility for replacement and all product guarantees.


Chargebacks

Attempted chargebacks for items delivered according to tracking data will result in account suspension and reporting to risk management services.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns.
