Payment Methods
Apex Pure Labs accepts the following payment options:
Credit and debit cards
Processed through approved high risk gateways. All transactions are securely encrypted.
Crypto payments
Bitcoin, Ethereum and other supported coins through CoinPayments. Orders paid with crypto process immediately.
Payment Notes
Orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Billing and shipping details must be accurate to avoid delays.
Apex Pure Labs does not store full credit card information.
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only.
Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Processing time
Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours.
Orders placed after 2 pm PST will typically ship the next business day.
If an order requires additional verification, processing may take longer.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship from our facility in California.
Standard Shipping
Tracked USPS First Class or Priority, depending on order size.
Express Shipping
USPS Priority Express. Fastest option for time sensitive research applications.
A tracking number is sent by email once the order has shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Apex Pure Labs ships only within the United States.
We do not ship internationally.
We cannot deliver to P. O. Boxes for orders paid with high risk processors unless the billing and shipping address match and pass verification checks.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows delivered but the order is missing, contact the carrier first.
If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees apply.
Returns and Cancellations
Due to the nature of research materials, all sales are final.
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once the package leaves our facility, no changes can be made.
